Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and SVGX when you use our service. We've kept them as plain as we can: use SVGX fairly, your creations remain yours, and we'll be upfront about pricing and changes. By using SVGX you agree to what follows.
1.Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using SVGX, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you're using SVGX on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these terms. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the service.
2.The Service
SVGX turns text prompts into editable SVG vector graphics using AI models. We offer both free and paid plans, each with its own generation limits and features as described on our pricing page. We're continuously improving SVGX, which means features may be added, changed, or removed over time.
3.Your Account
To use most of SVGX you need an account. When you have one:
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date, and you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).
- You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us promptly so we can help secure it.
4.Acceptable Use
SVGX is a tool for creating original graphics. When using it, you agree not to:
- Generate content that is illegal, infringes others' intellectual property, or is intended to deceive, defame, or harass.
- Attempt to breach, probe, or overload our systems, or access other users' accounts or data.
- Use automated scripts to bulk-generate content, scrape the service, or circumvent plan limits.
- Resell or offer the service itself to third parties (selling the SVGs you create is fine).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and where the violation is serious we may do so without prior notice.
5.Your Content & Ownership
Here's who owns what:
- Your prompts — The text you write belongs to you. You're responsible for making sure your prompts don't violate laws or third-party rights.
- Generated SVGs — To the extent permitted by law, we assign to you all rights we hold in the SVGs generated for you. You may use them for personal and commercial projects without attribution.
- License to us — You grant us a limited license to store and process your prompts and generated files solely to operate the service — for example, to show your generation history.
AI-generated output may be similar to output generated for other users from similar prompts; we can't guarantee uniqueness, and identical or similar outputs for others are not a breach of these terms.
6.Credits & Billing
SVGX uses a credit system: you buy credits as one-time top-ups through our payment provider — there is no subscription and no recurring charge. Credits never expire and stay in your account until you use them, so you can buy exactly as much as you need, whenever you need it. Credits are tied to your account and non-transferable, and except where required by law, purchased credits are non-refundable. If we change credit pricing, the new price applies only to future purchases — credits you already own are unaffected.
7.Our Intellectual Property
The SVGX service itself — including our software, models, design, branding, and this website — belongs to us and our licensors. These terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand assets, and you may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the service except as permitted by law.
8.Termination
You can stop using SVGX and delete your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service — in the last case we'll give you reasonable advance notice so you can export your work. Sections about ownership, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
9.Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
SVGX is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated output will meet your requirements or be fit for a particular purpose — review outputs before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10.Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as SVGX evolves. For significant changes we'll notify you by email or with a notice in the app before they take effect; continued use of the service after that date means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest revision.
